Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) Claims
We charge a fixed fee for the successful completion and payout of Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD) claims. The fee is calculated as 10% of the total benefit received, plus 10% GST on that fee.
Fee Example (for illustrative purposes only):
If your payout is $130,000, the fee would be calculated as follows:
• 10% of $130,000 = $13,000
• Plus 10% GST on $13,000 = $1,300
• Total fee deducted = $14,300
Please note: The $130,000 figure above is used solely as an example to help explain how the fee is calculated. Actual claim payouts can vary significantly, typically ranging from $20,000 to over $400,000, depending on your insurance policy and entitlements. Our goal is to ensure complete transparency so you understand the final outcome and any applicable deductions before your payment is processed.
Income Protection Claims
A fixed service fee of $2,500 plus GST (10%), totalling $2,750.
This fee is only payable if the claim is approved by the insurer and benefits are paid.
Trauma or Critical Illness Claims
We charge up to 3% of the benefit received, plus 10% GST on that amount.
This fee is only charged if the claim is accepted by the insurer and a benefit is approved.
Life Cover or Death Claims
A fixed fee of $1,000 plus GST (10%), totalling $1,100.
Payable upon successful claim approval and benefit payment.
Consumer Credit Insurance
"Junk Insurance" Claims
We charge 20% of the recovered amount, plus 10% GST.
This fee is deducted only upon successful recovery of funds.
