Fee Disclosure – Claims Handling Services

Our professional fees range between $2,000 and $15,000 plus 10% GST, depending on the complexity and work involved in your claim.

• Fees are only payable upon a successful outcome.

• No hidden charges or professional fees will be added beyond this fixed range.

• The exact fee will be discussed and confirmed with you in writing before any work begins.

• Occasionally, medical reports may require upfront payment if a doctor’s appointment is needed to obtain supporting documents. 

• Work will only commence once you have reviewed, understood and signed our agreement so you are not locked in to anything until you are happy.
